Suggestions on the dashboard

The suggestions workspace shows the same suggestions as the Discord channel, with search, filters and moderation controls.

The dashboard is for staff who need to browse and manage suggestions without searching through Discord. Open a server in the dashboard, then choose Suggestions.

Browsing the board🔗

Each suggestion shows its number, content, current state and net votes. Filter by state, author or age, then sort by newest or by vote count.

States mirror the ones the bot uses: Open, Accepted, Planned, Implemented, Denied and Duplicate. Changing a state here posts the same update to Discord that a slash command would.

Working a single suggestion🔗

Open a suggestion to see its vote breakdown, attachments, state changes and staff notes. Use the action bar to accept, deny, plan, implement or mark it as a duplicate without leaving the page.

The action bar uses the same capability checks as the Discord moderation actions. If you can read a suggestion but cannot use an action, open Settings → Permissions or ask an administrator to check your access.

The review queue🔗

If your setup requires staff approval, new submissions wait in the Review queue until someone approves or rejects them.

Taking the data with you🔗

Premium servers can export the board to CSV from the suggestions page. See Suggestions for setup, voting and export details.

Verify an action🔗

Open one suggestion, make a harmless state change in a test setup, and confirm the new state appears in both the dashboard and the Discord card. If the dashboard is read-only, check the capability shown for the action before changing Discord roles.
