Dashboard
Manage your server from the web, without typing commands
The Aethor dashboard is a web app where you sign in with Discord and manage the bot from your browser. It covers suggestions, moderation, automations and safety tools. It uses the same backend as the slash commands, so changes take effect in Discord immediately.
Open the dashboard, or use the Open dashboard button in the site header.
Signing in
Sign in with Discord and you land on Your servers: every server where you can manage Aethor. Pick one to start, or use Add new server to invite Aethor somewhere new.
You can also run /dashboard inside a server. Aethor replies privately with a single-use link that expires after 60 seconds:

Only servers where you have the right Discord permissions show up. Aethor checks your current roles on every action, so access always matches what you can do in Discord itself.
The overview
Each server opens on an overview with headline numbers, the latest suggestions and recent moderation activity. Use it to check the server without scrolling through channels.

From the sidebar, open the page that matches the task:
| Dashboard page | Use it for | Related guide |
|---|---|---|
| Suggestions | Browse and filter published ideas. | Suggestions on the dashboard |
| Review queue | Approve or reject pending ideas. | Suggestion review queue |
| General | View basic server settings. | Permissions and capabilities |
| Suggestion setup | Change channels, states, voting and workflow rules, or design a submission panel. | Suggestions, Submission panels |
| Autoresponders and Tags | Manage automatic replies and saved text. | Autoresponder, Tags |
| Tickets, Button roles and Thread support | Configure member-facing server tools. | Tickets, Button Roles, Thread Support |
| Auto-publish and Anti-invite | Configure announcement and invite automation. | Autopublish, Anti-Invite |
| Permissions | Delegate features or individual actions to Discord roles. | Permissions and capabilities |
| Feedback | Review feedback sent to Aethor. | No separate guide |
| Audit log | Search activity, inspect changes and configure Discord destinations. | Audit log and Discord logging |
The dashboard hides pages when your current Aethor capability does not allow you to read them. A page can also show read-only controls when you can inspect a feature but cannot change it.
Common tasks
Dashboard and Discord
- Use the dashboard for settings, lists, review queues and audit history. Use Discord for member messages, suggestion voting, tickets, role panels and other interactive components.
- Changes apply to Discord immediately. There is no separate deploy step.
- Every action is checked against your current Discord membership and Aethor capability rules before it runs.
- The dashboard does not need a bot token or extra setup. Signing in with Discord is enough.
