Discord suggestion voting

Voting that stays attached to the idea

Let members upvote or downvote suggestions, show the net score, discuss the details, and find the strongest ideas later.

Votes are part of the suggestion card rather than detached reactions. Members can switch or remove a vote, while authors cannot vote on their own submissions.

Clear vote controls

Separate upvote and downvote buttons surround a read-only net score. Servers can replace the default vote emojis.

One vote per member

Click again to remove a vote or choose the other side to switch. Suggestion authors cannot vote on their own idea.

Searchable backlog

Filter suggestions by state, author, net-vote range, relative age and text, then sort by votes or creation date.

Leaderboards

Rank open suggestions to see which ideas currently have the strongest community support.

Locked outcomes

Vote controls are disabled when a suggestion is resolved, preserving the totals at the point of the decision.

CSV export

Premium servers can export suggestion IDs, states, content, vote totals, authors and creation times for analysis outside Discord.
