What data Aethor collects, why, and how to get it removed

What data we collect and when
When you create a suggestion
- Your Discord user id
- The server the suggestion was made in
- Message content and attachments (attachments are copied to a channel in the same server so they stay available)
- The user ids of members who vote on the suggestion, and moderator decisions on it
When you use a ticket
- The usernames, message content, and attachments of the ticket conversation. When the ticket is closed, a transcript is saved and sent to the ticket opener.
When a server configures Aethor
Configuration created by server staff is stored with their user id and the server id: suggestion setups, ticket topics, tags, autoresponder triggers and responses, and channels used for autopublish, anti-invite, and thread support.
When you use the bot
- Your Discord user id
- Feedback you submit through the feedback form
Why we collect it
Only to provide the bot’s features. There is no advertising, profiling, or selling of data.
Who gets this data
The bot developer (tricked). Data is not shared with or sold to third parties.
How long we keep it
Data is kept while the feature it belongs to is in use. Server staff can remove it directly: deleting a setup deletes its suggestions, and tags can be deleted at any time. Anything else is removed on request.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It is not used to track you across sites, and the website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The website is served through Cloudflare.
