• bot must have manage channels permissions
• tickets are created on the category with the name tickets or one that includes tickets
• the permissions from that chanel are used for for the ticket
• transcripts can be deleted by appending /delete to the url
• if a feature doesn’t work yet its likely not implemented yet

#Changing the color

You can change the color of a button by adding

• -green
• -blue (default)
• -red
• -gray

before each comma in a topic to change the button color
