Autopublish crossposts every message in an announcement channel so it reaches servers that follow it.

#Setup

Run /autopublish on an announcement channel. Running it again on the same channel removes it, so the command toggles a channel on and off.

#Catches and limits

• It only works in Announcement (News) channels. Regular text channels are ignored.
• Free servers can enable 5 channels, premium 10.
• Replies are skipped. Only top-level messages are published.
• The bot needs Manage Messages and Send Messages in the channel.
• Discord allows 10 crossposts per hour per channel. If a publish fails, the bot stops publishing for the whole server for one hour, then tries again. This pause is reset if the bot restarts.
